Station Delta is one of the many communications relay PACT installed in the Neutral Rim prior to violating the Treaty of Vespa. This supply station makes it appearance in the first Side mission the player can undergo Mok. While these stations are usually well defended by a support fleet, an ion storm has delayed said fleet leaving only a few ryders, frigates and a single cruiser to defend it.[Insert improved stuff here]
